What rubber materials do you offer for O-rings and seals?
We offer 30+ proprietary formulations across 9 major rubber families: FKM (Viton®), FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer), AEM (Vamac®), HNBR, EPDM, VMQ (Silicone), NBR (Nitrile), CR (Neoprene), and SBR. Each compound is developed in-house and can be customized to your specific chemical, temperature, or mechanical requirements.

How fast can you deliver prototype O-rings?
Standard prototype turnaround is 10 working days from drawing approval. We fabricate molds in-house with CNC equipment — no outsourcing delays. Rush service available for urgent projects. Functional samples include full dimensional inspection reports.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Stock AS568 sizes: no minimum. Custom dimensions: 100 pieces minimum. We support both prototyping, pilot runs, and high-volume production. Small-batch flexibility is a core part of our service model.

Do you provide material certifications?
Yes — every shipment includes material certification. We provide full traceability documentation, including compound batch records, cure date, inspection results, and compliance certificates (FDA, REACH, RoHS, IATF 16949 as applicable).

Can you develop a custom rubber compound for my application?
